Almost any lender can lend on small multifamily (up to 4 units). It's more so about the loan product: they all have different requirements. It's advisable to go with lenders that invest in real estate and have house hacked before but not necessary. @Grant Schroeder is an expert in house hacking and may have someone that can work in your state.
