Looking for Lending Options (Fix and Flip)
Hello BP!
My wife and I are starting our real estate investing careers and are looking for funding in fix and flip loans. We do have cash that is tied up in other investments and do not have enough to purchase and rehab the homes we are targeting. Any help would be great as we have some experience but are now trying to do it professionally instead of on the side. If any lenders are available please message me. Thank you!
