Starting Out and Looking for a Commercial Lender

Hello BP Community,

My name is Luke and my wife and I are just starting off in real estate investing. We are excited about the possible opportunities that it has for our family. We live in Australia full-time but we're currently in KC for a couple of months. We'relooking at investing in the Kansas City Northland area as this is where our family lives. We are needing a commercial loan as our investments are a part of a family trust. If anyone is able to make any suggestions on talking with a commercial lender that would be most appreciated.

Many thanks!
