Hello, Biggerpockets folks! I have a deal, but am requesting help closing. Here are some details:
Address: 6506 Commercial Ave, Everett WA 98203
Housing Type: Multifamily (Duplex)2 bed/1 bath each unit
Year Built: 1974
Building Sq Ft: 1575
Lot sq. ft.: 6098
Cosmetic fixer
PP: $535k
Closing date: 2023.05.10 (May 10th)
At this price, there is about $100k in equity built into the deal. I have 80% debt covered for close. I need help with the other 20%. I am open to all debt/equity options, for those of you who are both willing and able to help. If so, please DM me ASAP, please and thank you very much!

Do you have HELOC in another property?
If not, you can try a private money lender.
If you have other properties, you can try cross-collateral lenders.
