General Contractor/Project manager in the Pigeon Forge area

Hi, 

I'm new to investing in non-turn key properties. But, I found a property I'm interested in the Pigeon Forge area. I'm looking for someone to be able to give a high-level estimate on the requirements to bring this property to STR standards.

Does anyone have any recommendations on GM/PM contacts?
