New Property Manager in Cleveland

Hello,

I'm in desperate need of a new property manager in Southeast Cleveland (still within the City limits). Our current management lied to us and have been anything from effective since they took over. They touted their expertise and plan of action, but haven't done anything. They won't even visit the property. Granted, it's C class apartments, but still...  I'm out of state and need some help.

Any recommendations for managers who handle 4-30 unit apartments in Woodland Estates and surrounding areas would be much appreciated!!

I've been using Rearden Property Mgmt in Cleveland for a couple years now and they have top notch service.  Been very reliable all around.
