PM Recommendations for Dayton

I'm close to entering into contract for a property in Dayton, and am looking to assemble a team for it ahead of time. I'm hoping to avoid horror stories by getting some recommendations from real people, rather than the sponsored results from a google search.

If you have any experiences with PM's in Dayton, I'd love to hear about your experience and hear some recommendations you have. Thanks in advance.
