Network in Middle Tennesse
Hello people. First post here but I thought since my life revolves around my work, it might as well be about what I do. Not really trying to sell ourselves but I realize that a lot of you may benefit from having a few downstream connections here in Middle TN and they won't let you post something like this anywhere besides the classifieds so....
I'm currently operating multiple family businesses in the construction industry here in Middle Tennessee. Our bread and butter are HVAC & Electrical work, and we employ a team of about 16 people that have all been with us for a long time. We also bring on subcontractors here and there when we can't fit something into our schedule or when it makes financial sense, however we use our W2 employees for most of the HVACR/Electrical work we do here in Middle TN. Under this company, we hold our Tennessee Full Mechanical/plumbing CMC and Electrical CE License.
We also have a plumbing company, which holds our Tennessee CMC-C license. We do full-service so STEP's, Sewer, New work and Remodeling, you name it. We also have 9 W2 employees retained under this company, and they stay busy year long. We have a few plumbing subcontractors we work with when our team is backed up but always looking for more.
Lastly, we hold a General Contractor License Residential & light commercial (1.5 million and under) and I am in the process of getting my "Full" Commercial & Industrial License within the next couple of months so I can increase the capacity of the company on that side of things. I already took the business & law exam so I am just studying up on the crapload of books and preparing for that exam since our first Joint venture multifamily apartment project requires this license and we want to break ground by year end.
We build custom homes mostly in Williamson County. We build and excel in remodeling commercial spaces, tenant build outs, etc. and we hire ourselves as the specialty contractors to get all the major trades done, effectively fitting the definition of "Vertically Integrated"!
We do restaurants as well here and there, most recently we completed the "Saltgrass Steakhouse" full remodel in Opry Mills Mall by the Aquarium restaurant.
All 3+ corporations are 100% owned by my uncle built from blood and sweat, and he brought me along 5+ years ago to put the tears in. We aren't native to this land and my whole family came here as refugees from Iran over 20+ years ago, so we all have a hunger for success and are doing well for ourselves in this great country. If anyone ever needs our services or just needs advice regarding codes, permitting, the construction process, project management, bringing on subs, etc. then just message me and If I can't solve your problem, I'll know someone who can.
Finally, we do Joint Ventures and are open to partnering up with investors here and there as long as we're a good fit.
***Off topic , We have a used car dealership in south Nashville as well but don't worry, we don't fit the stereotype. :')
