In Search of Furnisher and Quality Control coordinator

Hello BP community,

Want to get into the Furnished rental business?

We are getting ready to furnish two homes in Nashville. They will be two bedroom and one bath townhomes. They would also need to source and get items delivered.

We are also looking for a quality control coordinator. This person must be detail oriented and like to look at houses. They would come in between guests turnover with a checklist and evaluate a home for cleanliness and repairs.
