Greetings,

I'm a property investor with a small portfolio in Cedar Rapids. I'm looking to build a team in the area so that I can expand the portfolio. I'm currently interested in multi-family units (duplex and larger) and I'm an all-cash buyer. I've talked to several real estate agents in the area in an attempt to purchase additional properties, but haven't found someone who's a good fit. I'm trying to move quickly, vet properties and get offers out ASAP when I find a property I like.

I'm also looking for contractors/handymen and a solid property management company that covers the area.
