Off Grid Glamping Property for sale

I have a turn-key, fully furnished off-grid property for sale. The property consists of a 1 acre lot, fully renovated and furnished camper, large deck, and all off grid components, (solar, water tank, etc). 

My wife and I are located in Missouri and have spent the past year setting up this property, but due to a specific opportunity, we are looking to invest in land locally.

We set this property up as an Airbnb, but it is not uncommon for locals to live in campers like this in the area. It does have 3 months of Airbnb income and I’d be happy to share the numbers with serious buyers. We have a management team in place that also owns similar properties, and is equipped to handle EVERYTHING that comes with an off grid property. They handle guest communication, turnover, maintenance, water hauling, etc. They are ready to work with the new owner as much or as little as needed.

I know exactly how much money we have in this property, and am willing to share with anyone who is seriously interested. I recognize that this is not traditional real estate, and we don’t have a long history of income, so the value is effected as such. I think we are willing to be pretty fair in our valuation.
