Deal on a possible mid-term rental
Hi all,
I have a deal for a 3 bed / 2 full bath house in Houston Texas for $255k. The house has existing tenants for 15 years and no major damages (according to the seller). I am acting as a connector in this deal.
By the way, I am new to BP so apologize if this post should be posted elsewhere instead.
