Looking for a seasoned agent for Houshacking invester

I am planning to start househacking in Atlanta soon, but no experience makes me wonder where to buy a house and what kind of a house is going to work out. Recently I have found a house in Stonecrest that seems to fit my investment goal (location, purchase price, and its condition..)
