Looking for an architect with deep knowledge of SB10 in San Diego

Good morning all,

I would love to get in touch with an architect who has deep understanding with SB10 as I have a property that could be a good candidate to take advantage of the new density allowed. I talk to the city and was told that it is being considered on a case by case basis and they would like to see some design/plan to assess the development.
