Hello all!

I'm a newbie with one LT rental under my belt. I'm now currently interested in Brrrr, and I've just started the process of acquiring a $150k HELOC.

I’m looking for wholesalers familiar with the Baltimore (Essex, Dundalk, East Baltimore) area that I can partner up with to acquire and do deals with.

Idk if this is the right place to ask but I figured it’s BP so someone will help point me in the right direction.

Greatly appreciate any and all help with this :)
