Seeking Equity Partner

I own almost 3 acres of land in a suburb just north of Seattle, WA in the Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing corridor. Land is zoned Community Business/Mixed Use, rests on a major state route and has excellent frontage along a 5 way intersection. Incredible traffic counts. I have a pre-app approved mixed use site plan with the city, storm water etc complete. Just held in limbo as density has increased. Anchored by Fred Meyer, Sprouts, Lowe's, Les Schwab and 2 miles from an award winning Towne Center.
