Live and build in Nashville! I have a client that is looking to sell his home and extra lot. I have been working with him for several months to divide the lot, get the survey and start the build permit process. Unfortunately, they are having to relocate unexpectedly and are now looking to sell. The plan was to live in the existing house, then move to the new home once complete.
