My girlfriend and I are looking to buy an investment property in/around Denver, CO. We are US citizens that now live and work full time in London. I'm keen to connect with any real estate lenders, investors, and agents in the area. 

Rough numbers but max purchase price at $400-450k.

 You can look at Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne as the main cities in the immediate vicinity to Breck.  Going South on the 9 towards Hoosier Pass/Fairplay you can look at Blue River and Alma though these areas are not cities.  Both are a short drive to Breckenridge for restaurants, grocery stores and services.
