Section 8 mentor
Hey all, I am new here and I have been doing my research into section 8 rentals for some time now. I have come to the decision that it would be wise to pay for a coaching program, as I live on the Westcoast and am searching for properties in the Southeast. Two names keep popping up: Rhett Wiseman and Tom Cruz. Does anybody have any experience with either, and have any recomendtions on choosing a coach?
