MTR Property Management

Kimber Lockhart
Posted

Hi, I'm interested in mid term rental for a property in Nashville. I'm not interested in managing it directly, so I'm looking for property managers experienced in MTR.  I don't want to do short term (permitting) or a traditional rental.

Any leads, good questions to ask or wisdom from those who have gone before?

Look into regulations for Nashville. The market is ever changing there so make sure you know what you can and can’t do.

I’d skip the PM and self manage. Save that commission fee & put it in your pocket
