Hey Team,

I'm a new investor and looking to Purchase in the Metro Detroit area. I need help finding a lender I can use through my LLC. I have lenders I can use if I want to put the loan in my personal name but that's not what I want to do. 2 questions below:

1. Does anybody have a lender I can use with my LLC to Purchase an investment property? (2-4 units)

2. Does anybody have a lender I can use with my LLC for delayed financing?
