Finding quality Wholesalers + Deals

Hey BP family, hope everyone is well. I've looked around all over the forums (or at least I think I did) and tried to network with some wholesalers/deal sources but I just cant seem to find any quality deals. My partners and I have flipped over 15+ properties in the GA market and we are in real need of some deals/wholesalers who can provide us quality deals that have some value because the wholesalers that I'm seeing from different acquisition companies/firms and wholesalers from Facebook and TikTok, its just not cutting it and a waste of time. 

Our Buy Box:

- GA Market Primarily 35-50 miles from the city of Atlanta but still very open to other areas

- $250k - $275k Purchase price

- No Outside Hard Money Lender, we have our own capital

- Easily can close just name the place and when

- All team (contractors/agents/attorneys/propertymanager/stager) in place

Anyone have any connects or someone who is ready to do business with? We are ready to make a purchase and multiple ones and get to work right now! Very hungry and eager to make things happen. Thanks and have a great day!
