Lenders in DFW area

Hello All, 

I am new to bigger pockets and gaining more knowledge into the Real Estate Investment opportunities. I want to start buying more rental properties and get a portfolio going (particularly in DFW or surrounding cities and eventually branch out). I actually have a paid off rental that I would like to cash out refinance in order to get started on finding opportunities. Does anyone have some recommendations on some good local bankers and/or real estate agents you would recommend? My main focus will be on single family rentals. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
