Need contacts for GC around Delaware County

Hi All,

I am a new investor just starting out. I would appreciate if someone here can provide few contacts for General Contractors around Delaware county, PA.  

I go through lot of houses over the email from RE Agents and many of them are 1950s built. They all seem fine from pictures but when I go through disclosures, i see some concerns such as roof/structure/leakage etc. I know it could be because I am new to this and dont know a lot about repairs. I would love some professional opinions before getting in.
