Atlanta New Construction Partner
My family owns (free and clear) a 1.74 acre residential lot in Milton, GA, a wealthy Atlanta suburb. We want to build a new construction home or 2 if possible to sell for a profit, but we need a partner, coach, or consultant in the area. We have the deal, and won't need to be raising money we just need the expertise.
Does anyone know any investors in Atlanta that specialize in new construction?
