My name is Ana Ruiz, and I'm a certified public bookkeeper who can provide bookkeeping services. A little background about me I'm based in NYC with more than nine years of real estate experience (Property Management & Asset Management). I have a BS in Business Administration, Certified Public Bookkeeper, Certified Property Manager, and Certified in Quickbooks and Excel. I specialize in setting up company and/or rental financials with Quickbooks or Stessa. I can also do "book clean-up" and general monthly reconciliation.
