Acquisitions Sales Representative Role
We're looking for a highly-motivated person with extensive sales experience looking for a runway into the real estate investing game! Our wholesale operation, SnapFlip, is consistently generating six-figure gross-profits monthly and we're looking for someone to join our acquisitions department.
The role involves:
- Call agents on their listings and making offers to purchase distressed properties
- Consistent daily follow-up using our in-house CRM
- Negotiating well to get price reductions when needed
- Comping deals and coming up with buy prices on distressed houses
- A highly energetic, driven mindset
Tools used: GoHighLevel, Privy, Trello, DropBox, etc.
