Finding a good Mentor
I am just starting out in the larger multi-family/ syndication investing world and I would like to find a mentor to work with. I have found several places that offer year long programs, however they want $40,000 to enroll. I own a duplex and have some small unit experience, however I really want to ramp it up into larger units and a syndication. Please help if you have ANY suggestions. Thank you in advance.
