Recommendations for Professional Services
Hey everyone! My wife and I are starting our real estate investment journey. Our first goal is buy/hold rentals beginning with single-family/small-multi and then scaling to multi-family (10-50 unit properties). We live close to Newnan, Ga so looking to stay semi-locally.
I want to get everything laid out and my "team" together. We're looking for recommendations on professional service providers (all REI focused obviously) .
Attorney - help us initially set up a holdings llc and GA llc and continue to provide legal advice
CPA - prefer someone locally or who is good at communicating at least 1x month.
Property Management Co. -
