Distressed Property Lead - Altadena

Anyone looking for a distressed property lead in Altadena/Pasadena area, there is a single-family home 2,554 sf at 2015 Galbreth Road that needs alot of TLC but has great investment potential in a beautiful neighborhood.  Too big of a project for me, but thought I would share.
