Upcoming PCS, Looking for Mentorship
Hello BP Community!
I'm new to posting here and am working to learn as much as I can about jumping into the real estate rental market. The Navy will be sending my family and I to Saint Louis in the summer of 2024 and I am looking to find a house for my family to live in for the three years we will be stationed there with the intention of renting it when we move.
I am looking for a seasoned investor who is knowledgeable about the area, and who is willing to assist in validating my analysis and providing insights that only come with experience. My long-term goal is to acquire multiple properties but would like to start with single-family units. I'm not looking to be spoon-fed or get a deal handed to me, but rather to learn how to analyze the market and then ensure the property will cash flow.
