Introduction and Purpose

Greetings everyone. My name is Eric, and although I've read a bunch, this is my first post on Bigger Pockets. I currently own two rentals in Cincinnati, but I'd like to sell them this coming spring of '24 and purchase an STR in Florida with cash. My wife and I have visited the Tampa area a couple times recently, and really like it there. Our thought was to look for something in the Tampa, Clearwater, St Pete area, but we're absolutely open to other areas the hold more potential. I'm hoping to find a realtor here with personal STR experience to help us in our mission. Thanks in advance to everyone here for any helpful insights or advice!
