I have a property in Houston Tx 77007, and I am looking for a good RE appraiser to help me determine

1. The current value of the property

2. The improvements that will make economic sense in this neighborhood.

Would anyone be able to suggest some one you have used before - either an appraiser or a RE agent that can help with these two needs.
