Need recommendation for a Loan Servicing Co in Houston TX

I have several clients who are willing to do Seller Financing so I'd like to find a Loan Servicing Co in Houston TX. Seems there are several in the DFW area but i'd like something local. Thanks

I'm always over casual about such things but when I've done loans (private or seller financing a property of mine) I just put them into my property management software as a 'tenant' and a recurring charge to reflect their loan payment.  It's not that complicated (IMO) but I'm sure I'm missing something...
