Looking for Crowdfunding CPA

Hey all!

I am launching my first crowdfunding offering and we are required to prepare CPA-reviewed documents for the offering. Does anyone know any CPA's that could help assist with the paperwork needed for this?

It looks like you are looking for an 'attest' function.

Most CPA's on this messageboard offer tax services and most likely do not offer review / audit / attest functions.

You may want to network with other crowdfunded funds to see which public accounting firm they used.
