- Property is larger on 48 acres, SFR with two ADU's. Each ADU produces income.
LTV is 65%, loan amount would be 1.9M, credit is 680+.
Property was purchased this year, renovated, and ADU's rented with long term leases, looking for permanent terms. SFR is primary OCC.
