General Contractor Needed

Hello BP community,

I am in search of a General Contractor in the Denver, Metro area.   I have immediate needs for a long term rental I bought a few months ago.   Roof & Electrical projects are 100% needed.   Other projects are TBD based on walk through.

I’m using these projects to get to know a good GC and build team to flip properties starting in December/January (March/April at latest).  looking for someone who is trustworthy and good communicator.

I have flexibility to meet any time throughout the week/weekend.  Looking forward to hearing from you!   Will also take recommendations.
