Denver Real Estate Lawyers

William LaBovick
Posted

Hi, I am a newer real estate investor focused on buying small to medium sized multifamily. I currently own a duplex and am searching for my next property (5-20 units).

Does anyone have real estate attorney contacts in the Denver area they are willing to share?

I'm planning on forming an LLC parent company and then putting each property into individual LLCs. Looking for advice on how to structure the business / operating agreement / general advice. Really appreciate any help here!

You might reach out to @Drew Fein. She's a Denver real estate lawyer we've used for a partnership and other real estate needs.

Good luck on your multi-unit search.
