STR Arbitrage opportunity in Atlanta

After going through all the posts and digging some more about the pros and cons, I have decided to give one of the properties to someone who'd like to arbitrage it for STRs. The property is a 5-bedroom house in Atlanta (Zip: 30341). Please hit me up if anyone is interested.
