GPT I created for STR owners.. ChatGPT+ Subscription Necessary
I've loved playing around with ChatGPT since earlier this year. With the release of custom GPT's I figured I would attempt to make a GPT that would be useful for STR owners or those interested in the space. While I am no "pro" I've gathered a bunch of data and figured I would let AI have it and see how useful this free tool could be. I often find the regular ChatGpt gives pretty basic information and sometimes isn't all that helpful. With some customization I am hoping this might be a little more useful.
If you are a ChatGPT Premium Plus subscriber this is a free tool to play around wth. I've been using it to help me quickly respond to reviews, run analysis on my financials, and find trends in my reviews for things I can improve upon.
