Looking to purchase off-market properties (Maui)

Looking to purchase off market properties to house survivors of the Lahaina fires.

1-4 units 45 miles from Lahaina.

These units will be need to be HUD (health and safety) compliant. Looking to close by end of the year.

Let me know what you have we are very passionate about helping the survivors before they are removed from the hotels.
