Need help with financing
Hey all, I work for a David's mortgage brokerage, and am having a hard time placing a $3M hard money loan. It's a $5M property on the beach in Maryland and we are trying to get a $3M cash out refinance done. It is a very tricky scenario but we are requesting 2 year bridge terms, rate can be pretty much anything, and we are looking for someone who works with brokers. Please DM me if this sounds like something you can do. This will likely have to be private money or someone with some very flexible guidelines.
We also need a rescue loan for a couple of $2M properties in Paradise neighborhood in Las Vegas NV. That one is also tricky. Please DM if you think you can assist with either one and I will give more details there. Thanks in advance!
