Hello all, I am currently looking to buy a 3 flat to gut and rent as an investment property, and looking for a contractor to help with the gut.

New drywall
Rearranging gas lines/plumbing of existing kitchens/bath
New fixtures
New flooring (engineered hardwood)
Remove Radiators, install new HVAC stystem (None pre-existing)
