Looking for a local mentor

Hello everyone,

My name is Natalia. I am new to real estate and I am looking for some advice on how to find a mentor. I know nowadays there are plenty of ways to learn about real estate investing online. But I find that I learn the best with hands on experience.
I am located on Cape Cod but I am willing to travel for wisdom. I hope to work with someone who is passionate about what they do and has many years of experience with multiple properties.
