Seeking Sponsor or co-G.P. for Multifamily Value-Add
Hello, my name is Jeff Dennis. I'm putting together my first syndication deal and for the first 3-5 I will need a sponsor who can qualify for the loans and mentor me and my business partner through the process. We have 2 projects underwritten to 20%+ IRR's over 5 years. Each property requires <$1.5M in equity raise, and I have about half of that in soft commitments on 1 of the 2 properties.
