Property management companies for Chattanooga area?
Hello! I am looking to purchase my first rental investment property in Chattanooga. I am not looking for huge monthly cash flow but more betting on the area to appreciate. If there are properties that can make even with my monthly expense, I’d say sign me up.
With that being said, I never visited the area and I am from California. I was wondering if anyone knows a good, investor-friendly property management companies that serve the Chattanooga area? I’d love to form a relationships with the property management companies, pick their brain before I make my property purchase. Any recommendations would be really appreciated!
