Full Service Property management - ATL
Hello, I am looking for a full service property management company to manage my two properties in Atlanta as we are moving to Denver soon. One is a townhouse and has a lease through June and the other is my primary residence. I spoke with Nomad about a year ago and liked the services they provide so I’m looking for something similar or reviews on Nomad. Marketing, showing, tenant placement, month to month management. Nice to haves rent protection, insurance. Does anyone have any recommendations?
