Investor - Loan

I need an investor that can loan 15,000. My husband will give the person a large bonus for getting the loan. The loan can be paid off with interest in seven days. I need someone that is serious. He has to pay taxes from his job that are due this Friday. That person will be rewarded for getting the loan.
