Looking for GAP Funders for Private Group
Attention private lenders! I'm looking for multiple private lenders, specifically GAP funders, to form a private group to help investors with their funding needs. The basic premise of the group is that I will act as a "broker" between our group and borrowers. I'm getting between 3-5 leads for GAP funding every day. I will forward details of the deal to the group to see if anyone wants the deal. I will take a "connector fee", that doesn't cut into your profit as the lender.
