Hey BP gang,

I am selling an awesome duplex in Lubbock, TX. This property is a "set it and forget it" type. It currently has one side rented at $600/mth with a brand new one year lease, and a month to month tenant at $550. Tenants pay utilities. Let me know if you have any interest.
